Timeline

Students are often asked to make a timeline showing when events being studied took place. To help connect that learning to other events, use a comparative timeline. In the example shown, what took place in the thirteen colonies is recorded along with world events. Several cells were merged to allow room for students to record events they studied. These were highlighted and merged and text wrapped in Format, Cells and Alignment.
